The 80 Adjustable Low Range Hand Reamers with solid pilot are designed to ream king pin and king bolt bushings for proper mechanical alignment between holes. They have a small adjustment range of ± 0,3 mm and are intended for assemblies where two or more holes must be mechanically in line to accept the needed diameters, bushings, or bearings. For example, a ø12mm reamer can be adjusted from 11.7-12.3mm, allowing its size to be set within the stated range for the bushing or assembly being reamed.

Specially designed for reaming King Bolt bushings for proper alignment of bushing and other assemblies requiring the two or more holes to be mechanically in line to accept a needed diameters, bushing, bearings, etc.
