These 38 Adjustable Low Range Hand Reamers with solid pilots are specially designed to ream King Bolt bushings for proper alignment within their assemblies. Each tool has a small adjustment range of ± 0,3 mm around its nominal diameter. For example, the ø12mm reamer can be adjusted to 11.7-12.3mm. The design is intended for King Bolt and other assemblies where two or more holes must be mechanically in line to accept the needed diameter, bushings, or bearings.
