The 35 adjustable low range hand reamers with solid pilot are designed for King Bolt bushings and assemblies where two or more holes need to be in line. The small adjustment range is ± 0,3 mm; for example, a reamer ø12mm adjusts from 11.7-12.3mm. Each tool has a small adjustment range for selecting a size around its nominal diameter. It is intended for applications in which bushing or bearing locations across two or more holes must be mechanically in line.
