These 40 adjustable low range hand reamers with solid pilots are designed for reaming king pin and king bolt bushings into proper mechanical alignment. They are also intended for other assemblies where two or more holes must be mechanically in line to accept a needed diameter, bushing, or bearing. The small adjustment range is ± 0,3 mm; for example, a ø12mm reamer has an adjustable size of 11.7-12.3mm. This places the adjustment 0,3 mm below and above the reamer size.
