Adjustable low-range hand reamers with solid pilots are designed to align king bolt bushings and other assemblies with two or more holes mechanically in line. The 30 reamers have a small adjustment range of ± 0,3 mm; for example, a ø12mm reamer adjusts from 11.7-12.3mm. They are intended for applications in which aligned holes must be prepared to the needed diameter for a bushing, bearing, or other assembly component, including king pin and king bolt reaming.
