The 25 adjustable low range hand reamers with solid pilots are designed for reaming king bolt bushings and aligning holes in other multi-hole assemblies. The small adjustment range is suited to bushings and other assemblies in which two or more holes must be mechanically in line to accommodate the needed diameter, bushing, or bearing. The adjustable range is ± 0,3 mm; for example, the adjustable size for a ø12mm reamer is 11.7-12.3mm, extending 0,3 mm below and above ø12mm.

Specially designed for reaming King Bolt bushings for proper alignment of bushing and other assemblies requiring the two or more holes to be mechanically in line to accept a needed diameters, bushing, bearings, etc.
