The 42 adjustable low range hand reamer with a solid pilot is designed to provide proper alignment of king bolt bushings and other in-line hole assemblies. Its small adjustment range is ± 0,3 mm; for example, the adjustable size for a ø12mm reamer is 11.7-12.3mm. It is intended for king pin and king bolt bushing applications and other assemblies where two or more holes must be mechanically in line to accept the needed diameter, bushing, or bearing.
