These 20 adjustable low range hand reamers with solid pilots are designed to ream king bolt bushings for proper alignment with other related assemblies. Their small adjustment range suits work requiring two or more holes to be mechanically in line to accept a needed diameter, bushing, or bearing. Each reamer has an adjustable range of ± 0,3 mm; for example, the ø12mm reamer adjusts from 11.7-12.3mm. The solid-pilot configuration is intended for king pin, king bolt, and other aligned bushing assemblies.
