Adjustable low-range hand reamers with solid pilots are designed to ream King Pin and King Bolt bushings, keeping two or more holes mechanically in line. Beyond King Bolt bushings, they are intended for other assemblies requiring two or more holes to be mechanically in line so they can accept needed diameters, bushings, bearings, or other components. As one example, the adjustable range is ± 0,3 mm; for a ø12mm reamer, the adjustable size is 11.7-12.3mm.
