These 12 adjustable low-range hand reamers with solid pilots are designed to ream king bolt bushings for proper alignment in king pin and king bolt assemblies. The small adjustment range is intended for jobs in which two or more holes must be mechanically in line during hand reaming to accept a needed diameter, bushing, bearing, or other assembly. Each reamer has an adjustable range of ± 0,3 mm; for a ø12mm reamer, the adjustable size is 11.7-12.3mm.
