The 7.00 mm screw-in valve guide pilot is designed for accurate positioning of valve seat cutting tools in Mira systems. It has an M6x1.0 thread, an overall length of 109.2 ±0.1 mm and a pilot length of 95 mm. Correct centering supports precise machining and reliable restoration of valve seat geometry during cylinder head repair. This removable locating component helps maintain tool alignment while the seat is cut or restored. Pilots in other sizes can be manufactured on request.
