These 23mm ball milling cutters are designed for hand milling and spherical cutting of cylinder-head intake and exhaust channels during home porting work. Made from HSS with a hardness of HRC 62±1, the spherical cutter is supplied as 1ps. with one mandrel L200. Cylinder head porting modifies the intake and exhaust ports of an internal combustion engine to improve air flow. The process can be directed toward maximum power, minimum fuel consumption, or a combination of the two, while changing delivery characteristics for a particular application.
