The 25mm ball milling cutter is a hand-operated spherical cutting tool designed for at-home porting of cylinder-head intake and exhaust channels by novices. Made from HSS with a hardness of HRC 62±1, the set includes 1 cutter and 1 mandrel L200. It supports modification of intake and exhaust ports to improve airflow in an internal combustion engine. Porting can be directed toward maximum power, minimum fuel consumption, or a combination of both, while changing power delivery characteristics for a particular application.
