Used for flat surface grinding and insert sharpening under reduced load conditions at early stage.

• Bulk material removal with limited spindle power

What it actually does:

Very high material removal with smoother and more stable cutting behavior.
Reduces grinding forces while maintaining effective stock removal.

Grain size (D151 ≈ 150/125 μm):

• Very high stock removal rate
• Typical Ra ~ 1.0–2.0 μm
• Prepares surface for D126 → D107 sequence
