Straight diamond wheel (1A1) for extreme rough grinding and maximum stock removal.
Designed for carbide, ceramics and other hard brittle materials.

What it actually does:

Removes large amounts of material as fast as possible.
Used for initial shaping and heavy stock removal where surface quality is not important.

Grain size (D213 ≈ 212/180 μm):

Ultra-coarse diamond grit for extreme-duty grinding.

• Maximum possible stock removal rate
• Typical Ra ~ 2.0–4.0 μm
• Leaves very deep, rough surface

Stable under extreme grinding conditions and heavy load.

In practice:

This is a bulk removal wheel.
Used as the first step in grinding sequence before D181 → D151 → D126.
Focus is speed and removing material, not precision.
