Straight CBN grinding wheel (1A1) for heavy rough grinding and maximum stock removal on hardened steels.
Designed for HSS, tool steel and other ferrous materials.

What it actually does:

Very aggressive material removal with minimal surface quality.
Used for initial shaping and removing large amounts of material quickly.

Grain size (B151 ≈ 150/125 μm):

Extra coarse grit for maximum productivity.

• Leaves deep and visible scratches

Stable under heavy grinding conditions and high load.

In practice:

This is a primary roughing wheel for steels.
Used as the first step before B126 → B107 → B91.
