Straight CBN grinding wheel (1A1) for rough grinding and high stock removal on hardened steels.
Designed for HSS, tool steel and other ferrous materials.

What it actually does:

Aggressive material removal with stable cutting performance.
Used for initial shaping and bulk stock removal before controlled grinding stages.

Grain size (B126 ≈ 125/106 μm):

Coarse grit for heavy-duty steel grinding.

• Typical Ra ~ 0.8–1.5 μm
• Leaves visible grinding marks

Stable under heavy grinding conditions.

In practice:

This is a roughing wheel for steels.
Used as the first step before B107 → B91 → finer stages.
Focus is productivity and fast geometry removal.
