This diesel injector seat cutter kit cleans and recuts injector seating surfaces during engine repair or injector replacement. The tools are made from HCS hardened throughout to HRC 62±1, without carburizing. The set includes an arbor and cutters in 17 × 21 mm (45°), 17 × 19 mm, 17 × 17 mm, 17 × 17 mm (45°) and 15 × 19 mm sizes. Suitable applications include Bosch and Delphi injectors and vehicles from Fiat, Iveco, Mercedes CRD, BMW, PSA, Renault and Ford, supporting accurate restoration of injector fit.
Set of 5 cutters for clean and re-cutting injector seats when reconditioning diesel engines or replacing the injectors.
