The CLASSIC ball cutter set is designed for manual porting of cylinder head intake and exhaust passages to improve engine airflow. It includes 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33 mm cutters made from high-quality HSS hardened to HRC 62±1. The kit contains two L100 ratchet shafts and two L200 ratchet shafts. The tools allow cylinder head passages to be modified in a home workshop, supporting engine tuning aimed at the desired balance between power output and fuel economy.
Hand milling cutters/ spherical cutting for cylinder-head porting at home and is something a novice can accomplish to wake-up engine power.
