This 40-45 adjustable hand reamer with a solid long pilot and guide sleeve is designed to align king pin or king bolt bushing holes on the same axial line. Its floating tapered guide sleeve self-centers in the opposite hole while the reamer works on the other, guiding the tool where two or more holes must be mechanically in line. The HCS reamer adjusts from 40-45 mm and measures 510 mm in total length, with an 88 mm flute length and 8 flutes. Pricing includes free shipping.
A pilot aligns the reamers when two or more holes must be reamed in same axis, pilot use a floating tapered guide sleeve for self centering in the opposite hole as it reams the other hole and guiding the reamer
Specially designed for reaming King Bolt bushings for proper alignment of bushing and other assemblies requiring the two or more holes to be mechanically in line to accept a needed diameters, bushing, bearings, etc.
Adjustable range ±3 or ±5 mm, eg for reamer ø25-30mm, adjustable size is 24.9-30.1mm
