Straight CBN grinding wheel (1A1) for extreme rough grinding and maximum stock removal on hardened steels.
Designed for HSS, tool steel and other ferrous materials.

What it actually does:

Removes large volumes of material as fast as possible.
Used for initial shaping where speed and productivity are critical.

Grain size (B213 ≈ 212/180 μm):

Ultra-coarse grit for extreme-duty grinding.

• Maximum possible stock removal rate
• Typical Ra ~ 2.0–4.0 μm
• Leaves very rough surface with deep scratches

Stable under extreme grinding conditions and high load.

In practice:

This is a bulk removal wheel.
Used as the first step before B181 → B151 → B126.
Focus is maximum productivity, not precision.
