Straight diamond wheel (1A1) for precision finishing, not rough grinding.
Designed for carbide, ceramics and other hard brittle materials.

What it actually does:

Ultra-fine finishing and edge refinement. Very low stock removal, high surface quality.
Works clean, almost no burning, but does not forgive aggressive feed.

Grain size (M10 ≈ 10/7 μm):

This is micron powder, not a standard grit.

• Used for final finish and polishing
• Can reach very low Ra ~ 0.02 μm with proper setup
• Practically no stock removal — only refinement

Requires stable machine and good coolant.

Bond (B2-01):

• Self-sharpening
• Low heat generation
• Clean cutting edge
• Wears faster than metal bond, but gives better surface

In practice:

This is a last-step wheel.
If you didn’t prepare the surface before — it won’t fix it, only polish what’s already there.
Works best after D46 → D16 sequence.
