10mm; tipy J; 60° degree cone Carbide Rotary Burr; single cut
Carbide burrs are used for manual work on straight grinders with pneumatic or electric drive. It is used for processing the external surfaces of profile parts, cutting edges, deburring, chamfering and deburring welds.
type A...N - type of rotary cutter
WMG - processed materials group
Dc - cutting edge diameter
Ds - shank diameter
Lc - cutting edge length
Lt - total length
r - radius
Preparing to work with a metal burr,
it is necessary to reliably protect hands, eyes and breathing.
Do not put pressure on the burr. If you press on the rotary cutter, it quickly overheats, which reduces the speed of the tool. As a result, the working carbide part of the burr quickly wears out and becomes unusable.
Do not allow the shank to rub against the machined surface. In this case, the instrument may overheat, as the solder may loosen and break. It is always necessary to ensure the maximum contact of the working part of the burr with the material being processed.
If the burr is already worn out, then during the processing of materials the operator, pressing on the tool, can damage it more and overheat, which can lead to the destruction of the drill. Therefore, it is best to either change the burr in time or sharpen the tool.
The movements when working with burs with cutters should be uniform with light pressure. Therefore, it is better to choose straight grinders that can work in different speed ranges.
